DAFFERNS APPOINT BRIAN JUKES
AS ASSOCIATE TAX PARTNER

Coventry and Leamington-based Dafferns Chartered Accountants have announced the appointment of Brian Jukes as associate tax partner.

Brian qualified with Dafferns before moving on to Ernst and Young in Birmingham to specialise in corporate tax. He was then recruited by the UK arm of a US based multi-national group to act as their in-house tax advisor.

In this role he dealt with all aspects of UK taxation and many elements of US and European taxation including international tax planning, transfer pricing and cross-border VAT.
Dafferns’ Tax Partner in Leamington Spa, Martin Gibbs said : “We recognised Brian’s potential worth to our clients and he rejoined Dafferns as a valuable member of the corporate tax team in October 2000.

“His promotion to partner is an important reinforcement to our taxation services, and brings further international experience to bear to the benefit of our many regional and local clients,” he said.
