Terms and Conditions

1. the pr factory is an operating division of The Marketing Management Office Limited
2. In order to deliver cost effective services, the pr factory follows a structured method of working, proven to bring results. Staff will not deviate from this structured methodology.
3. When a piece of work is agreed, each customer is issued with a confirmation of the agreement.
4. Once the confirmation is issued, the customer will also be issued with a pro forma invoice. This becomes payable immediately upon approval of the press release, or after 30 days, whichever occurs sooner.
5. All costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, where applicable.
6. The pr factory provides a press release writing and circulation service. We cannot guarantee the amount to which any story will actually be published.
7. Upon final approval by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for the content of any story.
8. Where photography is provided by the customer, the customer guarantees that photography may be copied and distributed on behalf of the customer by the pr factory free of any copyright restrictions.
